In order to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling Skyway Supply at (888) 875-9929 or locally at (727)592-9500.

If you are returning a product that is defective we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to send the product back for evaluation. If, upon inspection, the product is found to be defective we will issue a credit for that purchase that can be applied to any current or future invoice.

If you are returning a product that was ordered in error or is no longer needed, you will need to carefully package the product in a shipping carton and send it back to us at your expense. We can only issue credit if the product is returned to us in as-new, saleable condition. Product package must not contain any labels, must not be opened, must not be written on, or damaged in order for a credit to be issued. Non defective product returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. We strongly advise you to ship your products back using a service that provides tracking information. We cannot be held responsible if your product return is lost during shipment.

No returns are accepted after 6 months from the date of purchase.
